The present Terms and Conditions establish the conditions of hiring the Services offered on the present website, and they must be accepted by the User, before confirming the payment of the costs of the Electronic Travel Authorization application(s) process. Said acceptance will be an express and clear statement by the User that he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The confirmation of payment automatically confers the User the status of Customer and its bonding with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “you”, “your”, “the Customer”).
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with new legislative and/or jurisprudential requirements and/or business needs or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the User and/or Customer. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website.
Hiring our Services
To hire our Services:
You must be an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, according to the applicable national laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country; and/or
You must guarantee to us you are a parent and/or legal guardian in the case that the Electronic Travel Authorization application is for a minor.
When applying for an Electronic Travel Authorization through our website on behalf of another traveler, you must guarantee to us that you have the individual’s consent. For further information, check our Privacy Policy
Applying for Tourist Card/Visa
The required tourist visa, known as a tourist card, allows the holder to stay in Cuba for 90 days and is valid for a single entry. Tourist cards/Visas are not valid for individuals born in Cuba.
Company is entitled to refuse any visa application. We do not guarantee to successfully process every request. In the event that we are unable to process your application, we will send an email to advise you of that fact. An alternative may be offered which may include additional charges. If your order is processed, we will acknowledge it in the e-mail address you have given us.
Shipping Policy
All shipped visas will be sent securely through Fed-Ex or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address you’ve provided upon checkout. Company is not responsible for incorrect shipping options chosen which may cause a delay in receiving your visas before your day of departure.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking number states that your package was delivered by FedEx/UPS but you have not received it, you must contact FedEx/UPS directly to file a claim. We can assist you with the claim process once you have a claim number. Company will not accept responsibility for any delayed or missing deliveries.
Refund policy
Visas must be in its original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept visas that are written on or torn. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We charge 5%/visa in refund fees. Claim your refund though our contact form to confirm your refund request. Indicate reason for return within email. Refund requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date or before the travel date to be eligible for refund.
